Semi-Bespoke Wedding Stationery FAQ
What does “semi-bespoke” mean?
Semi-bespoke invitations and save the dates are taken from one of our existing designs with bespoke adaptations to suit your wedding. This includes bespoke wording, colour amendments (where appropriate), and minor layout adjustments — offering a balance between fully custom and off-the-shelf.
Can I change the size or shape of the cards?
The shape and size of the cards (e.g. arch cut, 5×7, RSVP sizes) are decided as part of the design. Should you need a different format, we‘d be happy to discuss a custom design.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve before anything goes to print. Two rounds of revisions is included — additional changes may incur a small fee.
What can I customise in a semi-bespoke suite?
- Wording (names, dates, locations, etc.)
- Font choices (on request)
- Colour of text and certain design elements (depending on the template)
- Envelope colour (if applicable)
Please note: layout and structure changes beyond minor tweaks may require a fully bespoke design.
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your wording and custom requests, you’ll receive a digital proof within 3–5 working days. After approval, printing and production usually take 1–2 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before you need to send them out. A 10% deposit is required prior to printing.
Do you offer matching stationery (menus, place cards, etc.)?
Absolutely! Most of our semi-bespoke designs can be extended to include matching day-of stationery like menus, place cards, welcome signs, and more.
